How to Repair a Scuff - Scratch or Mark on Leather.

1: For this demo, here's a scuff we're going to repair, on the back of this couch.
The first thing you need to do is give your leather upholstery a good clean using
the "Pelle Leather Cleaner". This is very important, especially
in high wear areas.
2: Clean the damaged area with "Leather Prep" (In "Leather Repair Kit") and
allow to dry. (This is not required for simple scratches and scuffs)
3: If the damage feels 'fluffy', apply a small amount of "Leather Glue"
(In "Leather Repair Kit") on to the scuff and allow to dry. This causes the 'fluffiness'
to crystalise when dry.
(If the damage feels smooth, the glue is not necessary, so go to step 5)
4: Lightly sand the glued scuff with sandpaper supplied (In "Leather Repair Kit")
to make the repair smooth.

5: If the damaged area looks 'pitted' or 'rough', apply a small amount of
"Leather Filler"
(In "Leather Repair Kit") by lightly wiping on to damaged area with your finger.
Wipe off the excess with a damp cloth, and allow repair to dry.
You may need to do this 1 or 2 more times to get the desired effect. Allow to dry
(about 1 hour).
6: Lightly sand the filled scuff with sandpaper supplied (In "Leather Repair Kit") to
make the repair smooth.
7: Apply a small amount of "Scratch Repair" (In "Leather Repair Kit") by
dabbing on to the repair with your finger, and allow to dry. You may need
to do this 2 or 3 more times to get the desired effect. To finish off, lightly
'feather' around the edges, the allow to dry.
8: After overnight drying, apply the "Pelle Leather Conditioner-Protector"
over your leather upholstery for added protection. (In "Master Kit")
